New Block Walls For Cabezon-Centex
Thanks to our friends at Superior Builders the HOA was able to install some privacy and wind-shelter walls at the end of our walking paths that lead west to Unser. We're hoping these walls help prevent wind and sand from coming through the walk path areas like a wind-tunnel and that they give us some privacy from the Unser traffic.

This is from Jacqueline Walker at Pulte homes concerning roof inspections and roof repairs within the Cabezon-Centex Community.
Centex Homes has been investigating some of the roofs on the homes in the Centex-Cabezon community that were installed by a previous contractor that left the area in 2008. The issues found are affecting homes that have had recurring leak issues or a poor shingle roofing product. The results are sporadic and the repair plans, if any, are inconsistent, so this may not affect a majority of homeowners. The roof warranty was for the initial 2 year period. If there is not a leak present, please keep-up routine maintenance on the roof and if there is ever a concern found on the roof have a licensed roofer complete a report and forward it to us prior to any repairs being made.
